Washington, D.C. 20426-0001 Re: Perryville Gas Storage LLC Docket No. CP13-23-000 Revised Noise Impact Assessment of Perryville Gas Storage LLC Dear Secretary Bose: Perryville Gas Storage LLC (PERRYVILLE STORAGE) herein provides a revised Noise Impact Assessment (NIA) for the record in this docket. PERRYVILLE STORAGE recently determined that certain identified Noise Sensitive Areas (NSA) in this docket were incorrectly numbered in the previously-filed NIA. In particular, previously-identified NSAs 19 through 23 should be numbered as NSAs 25 through 29 and the attached NIA makes that correction. Further, PERRYVILLE STORAGE provides clarification on page 14 of the attached NIA as to noise readings at NSAs 5 and 28 following mitigation. PERRYVILLE STORAGE respectfully requests that this corrected NIA be placed in the record of this docket. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Please direct any questions regarding this matter to the undersigned. Perryville Gas Storage LLC Docket No. CP13-23-000 Revised Noise Impact Assessment Page 2 Respectfully submitted, /s/ J.
